We
accept good quality, very gently worn, clothing in sizes
10 and over only. The clothing must be in very good
condition and in style. Items that are dated and out
of fashion will not sell for you. The clothing items
must also be “in season” – heavy sweaters
will not sell in May and shorts will not sell in November.
We also accept shoes (in any size), purses, hats, scarves,
belts, jewelry, and lingerie.
Due to the high volume of consignments we see, ALL CONSIGNMENTS
ARE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We book appointments 7
days a week and we will do our very best to book your
appointment as soon as possible and to accommodate your
schedule. When you phone to book an appointment, we
will ask how many items you will be bringing (approximately)
so that we know how many appointments we can process
each day – please include accessory items such
as jewelry in your total.
When you bring your items in, they must be CLEAN, PRESSED
AND ON HANGERS. We will not accept items in garbage
bags or boxes or if they do not appear to be clean.
We give your hangers back to you at the end of your
appointment, as we transfer all items we are accepting
to our commercial grade hangers, so you are not giving
them up. If you are short of hangers, it’s fine
to “double up” items or if you are in the
area, you can stop in before your appointment date and
we can provide extra hangers for you to use. Accessory
items can be brought neatly packed in bags or boxes.
