ACCEPTABLE ITEMS

Shoes and purses must be in very good condition, with no scuffmarks, worn heels, broken straps, badly worn soles, etc. We accept all size shoes from sizes 6 to 12 or over, but they must be a current style. Please check the insides and the linings of purses for stains, small rips etc. and any forgotten personal items.

We accept costume jewellery, including watches, rings, earrings (both pierced and clip), necklaces, and brooches. Please make sure there are no stones/ crystals missing, earrings have their backings, and that all clasps etc, are working as they will not sell if they are not in good condition. It takes as long to itemize and price a pair of earrings as it does a three- piece suit, so please include any jewellery in your totals when booking an appointment. We accept a maximum of 20 pieces of jewellery at one appointment, and we price and sell all jewellery as “costume”, so please ensure that your jewellery items are indeed costume and not real gems/ gold.

Items brought for consignment must also be “in season” – a wool sweater will not sell in the summer months.
